ONTAP (Our Network at Your Premise)

ONTAP (Our Network at Your Premise) is delivered to the customer location via dedicated Single Mode Fiber. With base service starting as low as 5 Mbit, ONTAP can be scaled to 1,000 Mbit without changing equipment, installing new lines or requiring a technician visit to the service location. By utilizing a true Ethernet service delivered via Fiber, Phyber ONTAP is the only true broadband connection.

ONTAP Features:

• Does not require existing Fiber at the customer location, our installation crews will install new dedicated Single Mode Fiber from the street.
• Scales from 5 Mbit to 1,000 Mbit.
• Service delivered via standard Ethernet, does not require the customer to invest in expensive routing equipment.
• Typical Installation in 8 - 10 weeks.
• Guaranteed installation in 12 weeks.
• Optional dedicated port for isolated VoIP traffic guarantees Quality of Service (QoS)
• Installation to a new location can be scheduled in advance guaranteeing service availability when the customer moves to a new location.
• $2,950 flat rate installation charge for pulling in fiber, splicing fiber, installing and configuring equipment in the location's MPOE (minimum point of entry).

Our network is built and designed on a fully redundant system with a full inventory of spare components on hand in our facilities. n+1+S goes beyond the industry standard to deliver an extraordinary level of peace of mind, helping our customers sleep at night.
